Steph's Beauty Lounge sends two types of messages to customers who opt in:

Customer Support Messages – These include responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-ups related to existing inquiries.

Promotional Messages – These include special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements.

Each message type requires separate, explicit consent via independent checkboxes in the chat widget. Marketing consent is kept separate from transactional consent, and neither type of messaging data is shared with third parties.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 3 messages per-week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other scheduled clients.

Payments

Payment for services is due at the time the service is provided unless otherwise stated.

Steph’s Beauty Lounge reserves the right to change service pricing, packages, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Product Purchases

Skincare products recommended or sold by Steph’s Beauty Lounge are selected based on professional consultation.

Clients should disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medications prior to using skincare products.

Steph’s Beauty Lounge is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, misuse of products, or failure to follow recommended instructions.

Photography and Media

Clients may decline photography at any time.
